I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, walking alongside clients as they rediscover who they are and reclaim the power to rewrite their stories. I care deeply about helping others move through emotional and relational pain toward healing, wholeness, and a renewed sense of self-worth.

As a Queer Trans therapist with over 15 years of social work experience across health, community, and individual psychotherapy settings, my work is rooted in authenticity and informed by lived experience. I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach to healing and personal growth, and I’m committed to creating a space where 2SLGBTQ+ clients—and anyone exploring identity, belonging, and self-acceptance—feel seen, affirmed, and celebrated.

My approach is trauma-informed and deeply respectful of each person’s pace of healing. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS – parts work) and Narrative Therapy to tailor each session to meet clients where they are on their healing journey.
